Prepared by Terranea’s award-winning culinary team and led by NAMA-certified Ayurvedic practitioner Anjali Deva from Los Angeles’ holistic wellness institute La Maida, this unique culinary experience will guide diners on how to eat more thoughtfully, while discovering how certain foods help heighten mindfulness; this multi-course, farm-to-table dinner will allow guests to reflect on how to continually integrate mindful eating in their lives.
