Ayurveda is a traditional healing system and wisdom science with historical roots in India dating back at least 5,000 years. This living body of knowledge uses many different modalities for healing: food as medicine, lifestyle change, yoga, meditation, herbal medicine, and bodywork. Our health is an ecosystem of multiple factors: sleep, nutrition, relationships, stress. Ayurveda teaches you to live in harmony, to cultivate a balanced state for your mind, body, and spirit where all aspects of your being are accounted and cared for.
Rooted Rasa is a synthesis of my studies of Ayurveda, yoga, meditation, cooking, eating, and herbal medicine. I specialize in women's health, digestive issues like IBS and GERD, chronic fatigue, anxiety, depression, inflammation, candida overgrowth, and stress. — Anjali Deva
