Follow-Up Assessments $100
One-hour ongoing health counseling: understand and work with your constitution from a holistic
point of view.

Yoga

Individual Yoga Therapy $100
One-hour consisting of yoga, breathwork and
meditation personalized to your constitution.

Bodywork

Abhyanga + Shirodhara $300
Abhyganga is full–body massage using warm herbal oils chosen to balance and rejuvenate. Slow, rhythmic strokes help to restore the flow of energy (prana) and deeply relax your nervous system. Shirodhara is a deeply relaxing treatment using warm oil poured in a gentle stream over the forehead. This procedure profoundly calms the mind, body, and spirit.
