Join me for a gentle five-week meditation series exploring the Pancha Mahābhūtāni — the Five Great Elements: Space, Air, Fire, Water, and Earth. Ayurveda teaches that the elements are not separate from us but live within us, shaping our breath, our rhythms, and our connection to all of life. They are the ancestors we all share.
Each week, we will connect with one element through guided meditation, reflective journaling, and group discussion. This series offers a simple and nourishing way to reconnect with yourself, honor your elemental lineage, and set a grounded tone for the season ahead.
Join Ayurvedic practitioner Anjali Deva for a nurturing 90-minute grief circle, where we will gently transition from understanding to embodiment and isolation to connection.
We’ll begin with an introduction to how Ayurveda understands grief through the lens of the Doshas and the nervous system. Followed by a guided self-abhyanga (oil massage) practice using warm herbal oils to help settle the body, soothe the senses, and restore connection to self.
From there, we’ll move into journaling and a mindful tea-drinking ritual, taking time to reflect on our inner landscape before coming together in circle to share, witness, and honor the many shapes grief takes within us.

Workshops
Join Anjali Deva {CAP} and Gaby Colletta {AHC, E-RYT, YACEP} in Idyllwild, California for a 4-day immersion into the ancient practices of Ayurveda and Yoga. Nestled in an alpine forest and mountain country, we will reconnect to nature and explore the foundations of a 5000-year old science to self-healing, longevity and renewal. “Ojas” is the Sanskrit word for the subtle essence that bolsters immunity, vitality and resilience. Through holistic health practices we will explore ways to cultivate Ojas. Enjoy embodiment practices of yoga to deepen connection with self. Discover daily rituals to align with energetics of the season and support self-care. Learn how to infuse your meals with Ayurvedic principles and presence using spices and culinary herbs to maximize digestion. Drop into communal connection and slow living. This is for rejuvenation, renewal and inspired learning.
