Join me for a gentle five-week meditation series exploring the Pancha Mahābhūtāni — the Five Great Elements: Space, Air, Fire, Water, and Earth. Ayurveda teaches that the elements are not separate from us but live within us, shaping our breath, our rhythms, and our connection to all of life. They are the ancestors we all share.
Each week, we will connect with one element through guided meditation, reflective journaling, and group discussion. This series offers a simple and nourishing way to reconnect with yourself, honor your elemental lineage, and set a grounded tone for the season ahead.

ABCD Yogi: Finding Ashoka: Grief Circle
Join Ayurvedic practitioner Anjali Deva for a nurturing 90-minute grief circle, where we will gently transition from understanding to embodiment and isolation to connection.
- We’ll begin with an introduction to how Ayurveda understands grief through the lens of the Doshas and the nervous system. Followed by a guided self-abhyanga (oil massage) practice using warm herbal oils to help settle the body, soothe the senses, and restore connection to self.
- From there, we’ll move into journaling and a mindful tea-drinking ritual, taking time to reflect on our inner landscape before coming together in circle to share, witness, and honor the many shapes grief takes within us.
