EP. 5 - MADISON MADDEN
"Ayurveda for me is a continual process of deepening my relationship to nature. And that includes my nature, my true nature. Our relationship with food is actually our first intimate relationship. It sustains our life. And we often relate to it with similar dynamics as we do like intimate relationships."
- Madison Madden
